Here are some highlights from the first half of the 2024 CSBL season:

• Beecher Muskie Bryce Shafer tossed a perfect game against the Chicago Warriors on June 30. Shafer is the CSBL Pitcher of the year for 2020, 2022, and 2023.
• Chicago Warrior Nick Lagges hit four home runs in one day during a double-header with the New Lenox Pumas on June 22. Lagges leads the league with five home runs.
• New Lenox Puma Jack Logan leads the leage with 21 RBIs in eleven games.
• The New Lenox Pumas will host a NABF Regional beginning July 25.  The following teams will join the Pumas in regional play: Addison Braves, Chicago Warriors, Oswego Cats, South Bend Royals, and Chicago Clout. The winner will adance to the NABF Major Division World Series.
• The CSBL will host the NABF Major Devision World Series.   Check out the website for details.
