The Beecher Muskies faced the Diesel from Buffalo in the championship game of the NABF 2024 Charles M. Blackburn Major Division World Series. The Diesel won their fourth World Series championship with an 8-6 victory in ten innings over the Muskies. The Muskies have made 19 trips to the World Series having won the champsionship in 2010. This is the second time they finished as runner-up.

Three CSBL teams competed iin the twelve-team World Series: New Lenox Pumas, Beecher Muskies, and Lombard Orioles. Each CSBL team advanced to the six-team single-elimination championship tournament.
